Walk-ins are welcome for drug &/or alcohol testing. Appointments are required for all DNA testing and Fingerprinting.
Appointments for fingerprinting must
be made directly through L-1 Identity Solutions at 800-377-2080. We cannot schedule appointments under any circumstances nor will we accept walk-ins. Please note that once an appointment has been scheduled with L-1 and you are instructed to pay for your print at the time of your appointment, we can only accept a check or money order.
Our Location
Our office is located on the second floor of a converted two-story white house. The house is located to the left of Memorial Jr. High School.
